  • Addressing currency issues and their impact on contract terms.

Day 5: Dispute Resolution and Contract Adaptation

  • Settling disagreements and disputes in international contracts.
  • Managing "contractual accidents," defaults, and force majeure situations.
  • Renegotiation and contract adaptation: Adjusting terms to reflect changing circumstances.
  • Methods of dispute resolution: Mediation, conciliation, mini-trials, litigation, and arbitration.
