Course Overview

A successful event generates positive messaging and publicity about an organisation and enhances the public's perception of their brand.  This course covers the key skills and knowledge needed to effectively plan, budget, market and stage successful events as well as how to follow up after the event to leverage PR benefits. 

Delegates will learn from best practice case studies as well  hands-on practical exercises including developing event plans and budgets using event planning templates, crafting PR messages to publicise the event and preparing risk assessments which will guide their decisions regarding facilities, services and staffing.

By the end of the course delegates will have all the knowledge and skills they need to plan and deliver outstanding events.
