Course Overview

High performing teams all have one thing in common.  Highly effective communication.

On this course delegates will explore how different types of communication work from message creation and transmission through to interpretation.  They will also consider the various barriers to communication and how to overcome them.

During the course, delegates will look at how group dynamics impact communication.  Through practical exercises in a variety of different workplace scenarios, delegates will have the opportunity to use different techniques and approaches and discover what works best for them.
